Important Information: 

• VDWS reserves the right to cancel the event for organizational reasons. 
• Minimum number of participants: 4 persons 
• Insurance: Before the course begins, proof of either the VDWS SafetyTool or equivalent liability insurance must be provided. 
• We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance as well as international health insurance. 
   
• Destination airports: Málaga, Jerez, or Gibraltar 
• Travel arrangements are the participant’s responsibility. 
• Transfer time: approx. 2 hours – e.g. by rental car or public bus 
   
• The theoretical units take place in Tarifa town, the practical units at the ION Club Tarifa (distance approx. 10 km). Transfers between the two locations must be organized independently (e.g., rental car, carpooling, etc.). 

Course Preparation

• E-Learning: About 15–20 hours of preparation for the theoretical content via the VDWS online learning platform (depending on your learning style).

• Presentation: Prepare a ~15-minute sports-specific presentation for the course (topics will be assigned before or during the course).
