We’re looking for Windsurfing Kitesurf & Wingfoil Instructors to join our team for the season 2026  (May 1st –October 31th) at our  Centers — in Kos (Mastihari and Alikes) Greece.

What we offer:

Seasonal full-time position

Accommodation included +( 2 meals/day in a 5 star Hotel)

Commission-based salary

Requirements:

Experienced  Instructor

Fluent in German/English

Manual driving license

Able to work independently and bring good vibes.
