Ob fest angestellt oder auf eigene Rechnung – bei uns sind verschiedene Arbeitszeitmodelle möglich.

Wir sind ein junges, motiviertes Team und arbeiten mitten im Herzen von Westerland: direkt am Brandenburger Strand, in unserem Duotone Pro Center Sylt. Der Unterricht findet an verschiedenen Stehrevier-Spots statt – z. B. am Rantum Hafen (Windsurfen/Wing-Foilen), an der Sansibar 2 oder am Mövennest (Kitesurfen).

Unsere Saison startet im April und läuft bis Ende Oktober. Idealerweise bist du die ganze Saison dabei, aber auch kürzere Zeiträume sind möglich – sprich uns einfach an!

We’re looking for passionate and motivated instructors to join our team for the 2025 season starting in June:

                •             Kitesurf Instructors

                •             Wing Foil Instructors

                •             Windsurf Instructors

Whether you’re looking for a freelance position or a fixed employment contract, we offer flexible working models to suit your needs.

We’re a young, energetic team based right in the heart of Westerland, at our Duotone Pro Center Sylt, located directly on the Brandenburger Strand. Our lessons take place at some of the best shallow-water spots on the island – including Rantum Harbour (for windsurfing/wing foiling), Sansibar 2, and Mövennest (for kitesurfing).

Our season runs from April through to the end of October. Ideally, you’ll stay with us for the whole season, but shorter periods are totally fine too – just get in touch and let’s talk!
