Watersport Instructor

Water is your element! As watersport instructor you will lead daily courses and share your passion with like-minded people!

Tasks

• advising, consulting & supervising our guests + (if needed) rescuing guests with hired equipment
• organizing the administrative work associated with the watersport facilities
• responsible for the watersport rental system
• always follow the TUI MAGIC LIFE guidelines and concept with a positive attitude
• when dining in the restaurant, you are obliged to be with the guests & maintain guest contact
• participation in evening program is dependent on shift plan – when attending evening program and using Club's facilities, you are expected to interact with other guests

Job Conditions

• TUI MAGIC LIFE covers flight & visa costs + providing destination airport transfer
• all-inclusive food & beverage is provided by us
• accommodation (double room with colleague same gender, AC, WIFI, bathroom)
• seasonal contracts including social & health insurance
• punctual wage depending on your skills & experience
• max. 6 day working week - schedule depends on weekly program/shifts & country labor laws
• holiday days & public holidays depending on country labor laws
• living & working in an international team with colleagues from all around the world

• working in the heat – drink, eat & sleep a lot, use sunscreen and always wear a hat
• you’re having a training for your job – be attentive, take notes, ask your MAGICAL buddy/colleagues

• entertainment is one part of the big picture, but being friends with the other departments as well
• e.g. Front Office, Gardening, F&B etc. makes the picture colorful & shiny for our guests
