Kite, Wing, or Surf Instructor

You grew up surfing, kiting, or winging—or you’ve simply got great skills and want to share them?
Perfect! We’re looking for motivated coaches who want to share their passion with our guests and make our station a special place every single day.

• have experience in surfing, kiting, or winging
• enjoy inspiring and teaching people
• want to be part of an international team with a chilled but professional atmosphere

Office Staff

You’re organised, warm-hearted, and always ready to make guests smile?
Then our beachfront office might be your perfect spot! As the first point of contact, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

• work in a structured way
• are reliable
• enjoy meeting people from all over the world
(Watersports knowledge is a plus – but not required!)
