Wingfoil & Windsurf Instructor Wanted

We are looking for a passionate and energetic wingfoil and windsurf instructor to join our team at ION Club Costa Calma.

What we’re looking for:

• Certified windsurf and wingfoil instructor
• Friendly, open-minded personality with great communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to create a fun, motivating learning environment
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to help with daily center operations
• English required (other languages are a plus)
• Passionate especially in wingfoiling as our main product

Your responsibilities:

• Teach wingfoil and windsurf lessons (beginner to advanced)
• Ensure safety and progression for all clients
• Daily center tasks and teamwork
• Setup, maintenance, and organization of equipment
• Keeping the station clean, functional, and welcoming
• Sharing good vibes with guests and the team
