KITESURF INSTRUCTORS & VDWS ASSISTANTS WANTED FOR THE 2024 SEASON
We ask for:
- licensed VDWS/IKO/BKSA Kitesurf instructor
- knowledge about equipment (kite, surf, boats, sup)
- repairing and maintenance the water sport equipment
- reliability & ability to work under pressure, responsibility, independent teaching
- interest and connection to water sports, proactivity, positive vibes and team spirit
- good English is mandatory, German and/or Portuguese would be good
- powerboat and driver license
- experience in teaching kitesurf group courses and private lessons
- good kite handling
We offer:
- free accommodation in single or double room
- free equipment rental (insurance)
- 100€/month (volunteers, internship, not certified instructor)
- 200€/month (valid license, certified instructor)
- 20€/h teaching lesson (valid license, certified instructor)
