Suche Kite-Station zur Übernahme oder Einstieg als Teilhaber / Beteiligung oder Anstellung als Stationsleiter
Ich bin 55 Jahre alt und bin als „Aussteiger“ auf der Suche nach einer Kite-Station zur Übernahme oder einer Anstellung als Stationsleiter an einer Wassersport- oder Kite-Station ab Anfang/Mitte 2024 in Süd-Europa oder Nord-Afrika – (bevorzugt Griechenland).
Gerne auch Einstieg als Teilhaber in vorhandene Kite-Station möglich.
Flexibilität, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Führungsaufgaben, sowie Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation und Kundenzufriedenheit sind tägliches Brot meiner beruflichen und privaten Tätigkeiten in den letzten 30 Jahren.
Als ausgebildeter VDWS Kitelehrer Level 2 verfüge ich auch über den Motorbootführerschein See und SCR. Bei Sprachen kann ich leider nur mit Deutsch und Englisch aufwarten, bin aber gerne bereit auch noch weitere Sprachen zu erlernen.
Über ein Angebot würde ich mich sehr freuen.

Looking for a kite station to take over or participation as a partner or employment as station manager
I'm 55 years old and I'm looking for a kite station to take over or a job as a station manager at a water sports or kite station from the beginning/mid of 2024 in southern Europe or north Africa as a "career dropout" - (preferred Greece).
It is also possible to join an existing kite station as a partner.
Flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, managing, as well as the ability to work in a team, communication and customer satisfaction have been the bread and butter of my professional and private activities over the past 30 years.
As a trained VDWS kite instructor level 2, I also have the motor boat license Sea and SCR. Unfortunately, I can only come up with German and English when it comes to languages, but I am also willing to learn other languages.
I would be very happy about an offer.
